Job Responsibilities :
1. Assist in handling customer entry issues, including consultation, order processing, customer complaints and other issues.
2. Operate the background matters according to the process standards according to the problem.
3. Collect customer opinions and respond to feedback.
4. Occasional voice calls are made.
5. Customer service related management form records.
6. Complete the tasks assigned by the supervisor.
7. Communication and coordination between departments.
Job requirements :
1. Responsible and positive attitude.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, in particular, Microsoft Excel.
3. Committed team player, resourceful, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
4. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

2、根據問題按流程標準操作後台事宜。
3、收集客戶意見並反應回饋。
4、偶爾性語音電話撥出。
5、客服相關管理表單紀錄。
6、完成主管交辦事宜。
7、部門之間溝通與協調運作。

2、熟練使用Microsoft Office套件,尤其是Microsoft Excel。
3、致力於團隊合作,足智多謀,能夠在快節奏的環境中處理多項任務。
